History
This historical Centre Hall Colonial home was built in the late 1920’s during the industrial revolution by Doctor Henry Theodore Prange. In the late 1950’s the home became a WMU Fraternity house and a Sorority house in the 1980s.
After several years of neglect the property was purchased and renovated by current owner, Dan Truckey. Restoring the old and adding the modern conveniences of today. Monthly Rental Rate: $500.00 per person
Security Deposit: $400.00 per person - Refundable
Cleaning Fee: $200.00 per person - Non-Refundable
Minimum Group: Minimum of 11 persons
Maximum Group: Maximum of 16 persons
Monthly Rental Rates are discounted for persons sharing bedrooms.
Monthly Shared Room Rate: $300.00 per person
A minimum of 11 bedrooms must be occupied before the “shared room rate” will apply.
